When you submit a form on this site we collect the details you type: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the vehicle you asked about, and any message. We also record the time of the submission and the IP address it came from, which we use to limit automated spam.

Attached to that submission is how you reached us: the page you first landed on, the site that linked you here if there was one, and any campaign tag in the link you followed. This is held only for the length of your visit, in your own browser, and is sent to us only if you choose to submit a form. It tells us which advertising is worth paying for. It is not used to build a profile of you and it does not follow you to other websites.

We do not ask for your Social Security number, date of birth, or bank details anywhere on this site.

To answer your enquiry, to arrange a viewing or a test drive, and to follow up about vehicles and financing. If you give us your phone number and consent, we may call or text you, including by automated dialler. Consent to be contacted is never a condition of buying a vehicle, and you can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.

Your enquiry is stored by our hosting and storage provider (Vercel) and passed to the customer relationship system we use to track enquiries. If you ask us about financing, we share the details you provide with the lenders we work with in order to find options for you — we do not sell your information to anyone.

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people use, which sets cookies in your browser. It tells us about traffic patterns, not who you are. Vehicles you save on this site are stored only in your own browser and are never sent to us.

We keep enquiries for as long as we may need them to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations as a licensed dealer, then delete them.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (727) 777-6686 or email support@clearwaterlargoauto.com. Deleting your information may mean we can no longer help with an open enquiry.

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we change how we handle information we will update this page and the date above.
